Bel Air, MD – July 28, 2025 – Primera, a cooperative built for independent distributors, is proud to announce the 2025–2026 Board of Directors. This group of experienced leaders represents the strength, diversity, and forward-thinking spirit of Primera’s Member-Owner community

The Board remains anchored by a strong returning leadership team, with Chairman Anthony Luciano, Vice Chair Mindy Vereen-Jackson, Treasurer Frank Lopes, and Secretary Matt Schmid continuing their service. Brandon Funk will remain on the Board, while Michael Maravich has been re-elected for another two-year term. Primera also welcomes two newly elected Directors: Justin Mynatt and Bryant Fairley.
